Tools for Psychological Exploration and Self-Understanding
IP Journal and IP Mapper are companion tools: one for moment-to-moment reflection, one for system-level visibility.
IP Journal and IP Mapper are designed as companion tools: one for direct contact, one for system visibility.
These tools are actively in development. Core functionality is available and free to use; features are being added on an ongoing basis.
These tools are designed for individual, self-directed psychological exploration. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical guidance. They may also be used as reflective adjuncts in therapeutic contexts at the discretion of a treating clinician.
These web apps do not collect personal data or usage telemetry. Your work is not sent to a server, and you only save or export anything if you choose to do so on your own device.
They are free and web-based. For clinical care, see Contact. For data handling details, see the Privacy Policy.
Explore Your Internal Experience

IP Journal supports moment-to-moment reflection on internal experience. Using structured prompts, the journal helps slow attention and support direct contact with what is present. It provides a framework for noticing and relating to internal states — without interpreting or directing outcomes. Privacy by default: no telemetry is collected, and any saved work remains on your device.
IP Mapper supports visibility into how internal perspectives and experiences relate across time. It lets you externalize your internal system — naming components, mapping relationships, and observing patterns that emerge beyond any single moment. The mapper does not diagnose or prescribe; it offers structure so patterns can be observed rather than inferred. Privacy by default: no telemetry is collected, and any saved work remains on your device.
IP Journal and IP Mapper are functional and free to use, and are actively being developed. Users may encounter evolving features and interface updates.
